Most of the charming cottage homes were built around 1944 and are being revitalized. Rumor has it that the first mall in America was built here and there are plans are underway to revitalize the original mall including a theater.
On thing that makes Navy Point so attractive is this community was built around Bayou Grande.
It has a public boat ramp, play ground area and 2.5 mile walking trail along the Bayou coastline. The grounds are beautifully maintained by the county so we pay no association fees.
During many months of the year we get to see the Blue Angles practice twice a week. They are the Navy's precision flying team. Navy Point is a great community for young families as well as retired people. Come and experience the Florida life style from Navy Point Pensacola, Florida.
